Shipping Terms
All orders will be sent out via RPS insured unless otherwise required. Actual shipping charges are added to invoices.
All policies and prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment Terms
Terms are 30 days net. To open an account, please send three business and one bank reference. First orders must be prepaid.
Returns and credit policy
Books can be returned for credit no less than four months from date of invoice and no more than one year from date of invoice. All books must be in mint resalable condition. Rejected returns will be returned at the customer's expense.
All returns must include pertinent invoice information: original invoice number, titles of books and discount received on original purchase. Returns without complete invoice will be credited at 55% discount.
