First Impressions: Nineteenth-Century American Master prints has been nominated for a prestigious award given by the American Historical Print Collectors Society.
The American Historical Print Collectors Society (AHPCS) is a non-profit group that encourages the collection, preservation, study, and exhibition of original historical American prints that are 100 or more years old. Each year the Society presents the Ewell L. Newman Award to the author of an outstanding publication in the field of American historical prints. The winner will be announced in April 2011.
